This Privacy Policy describes how Jannifer Noel Ganz ("Publisher," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game crypto defender (the "App").

01 · Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the App. It explains what information the App accesses, how that information is used, and what choices users have.

02 · Summary

At this time, the App is designed as a local mobile game and does not require account registration.

We do not currently ask users to create an account with us.

We do not currently sell personal information.

We do not currently operate an in-app chat, social feed, or user-generated content system.

We do not currently collect wallet seed phrases, private keys, or custody any digital assets.

03 · Information the app accesses or uses

Depending on how you use the App, the App may access or use the following information or device functions:

• Touch input, in order to control gameplay and tap-to-fire actions.
• Device motion / gyroscope or accelerometer input, in order to control aircraft movement.
• Vibration capability, in order to provide gameplay feedback when damage occurs.
• App session state in memory, such as score, health, in-game balances, enemy spawns, and visual effects during gameplay.

04 · Donation and wallet interaction

If you choose to use the optional donation feature, the App may open a third-party wallet application or compatible handler using a solana: URI. When that happens:

• the wallet application, not us, handles transaction review, signing, submission, and any related personal data or wallet data;
• the blockchain network may publicly record transaction details;
• third-party wallet providers may collect additional information under their own privacy policies.

We do not receive your seed phrase or private keys through this App.

05 · Information we currently do not intend to collect directly

Based on the App's current design, we do not intentionally collect the following directly through the App:

• account registration data;
• names, phone numbers, or postal addresses;
• precise geolocation;
• government-issued identification numbers;
• payment card information;
• health information;
• biometric identifiers;
• seed phrases, private keys, or wallet credentials.

06 · How we use information

The limited information the App accesses is used to:

• operate the gameplay experience;
• respond to player input;
• trigger device feedback such as vibration;
• open an external wallet app only when the user chooses the donation action;
• maintain and improve app functionality, stability, compatibility, and security.

07 · Sharing of information

We do not currently share personal information with third parties for advertising or data brokerage through the App.

However, information may be processed by third parties when you voluntarily interact with them, such as:

• wallet applications you choose to use;
• the Solana blockchain or related network infrastructure;
• app store or device platform providers acting under their own terms.

08 · Data retention

Because the App currently operates without user accounts and without a backend account database controlled by us, we generally do not maintain a user account record for gameplay.

Local gameplay state may exist on your device during use of the App. If local app data is stored by the operating system, you can generally remove it by uninstalling the App or clearing app storage through your device settings.

If you contact us directly by email, we may retain your message and related contact details for support, compliance, security, or recordkeeping purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.

09 · Account and data deletion

The App does not currently provide user accounts managed by us.

Because there is no in-app account registration at this time:

• there is no account profile to delete from our systems for ordinary gameplay use; and
• users can stop all local gameplay use by uninstalling the App or clearing device app data.

If you believe we hold personal information you provided directly by email and want it deleted, contact us at jennifernoelganz@proton.me. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law, subject to any lawful retention obligations.

10 · Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required by applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us at jennifernoelganz@proton.me and we will review the request.

11 · Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control. However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, mobile software operation, or blockchain interaction is completely secure.

If you use the optional donation flow, you are responsible for reviewing the security practices of your chosen wallet provider and protecting your own wallet credentials.

12 · International use

The App may be used in multiple countries. We are based in relation to this policy under the laws and legal framework of the United States of America. If you use the App from another jurisdiction, you understand that information may be handled in accordance with applicable United States laws, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under local law.

13 · Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted or otherwise made available with the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
